Find Your Vibe Sessions are an opportunity for you to explore health and wellness modalities that may be new to you.
People often don't realize Tai Chi ( taijiquan ) is a form of Kung-fu. It is part of the Wudang branch known as the holistic Kung-fu styles. It is much like yoga in its intentional movements, posturing, and flow. We will learn a short form that expresses the connection between Kung-fu & Yoga. Tai Chi can be a very productive & meditative home practice, and is rated as the best workout for building stability, which all of us need more of as we age. All levels are welcome.
